SK to Grade 1: "RoboBuilders Junior"

  • Introduction to Robotics and Electronics with Basic Coding Blocks, Fostering Computational Thinking through Play-Based Learning.

  • Calling all budding engineers in Grades 4 to 7! In STEM Squad Robotics, students embark on an exciting 8-class adventure with LEGO Spike Prime. Through captivating challenges and hands-on projects, participants get acquainted with table missions, basic maneuvers, and attachments.

During the winter sessions, the focus shifts to coding with Python, a universally recognized language. As the spring sessions commence, we reintroduce basic builds and attachments using Lego Spike Prime. Here, students are tasked with solving missions on competition-level tables. FAQs

  • No, you do not need to bring any equipment. We provide all the necessary equipment for the class.

  • Each session (Fall, Winter and Spring) has 8 classes,.

  • Our classes are not sequential; students can join separately in our Fall, Winter, or Spring programs.

  • No, our class requires the use of specific equipment and utilizes the full hour for instruction. Unfortunately, we cannot send home any class materials or run a makeup class for missed content.

  • One week before the class is set to start, we will send a welcome email to parents with reminders and further details about the class.

  • We recommend that parents drop off and pick up their child. We will be updating the class page with all the information necessary for parents to get an idea of what was covered during our sessions.
