General Team Feedback
There is no doubt—this is a very strong and capable team. Each student brings a unique set of skills that, when combined, provide a solid foundation for success in competition. As reflected in the individual feedback, team members showed resilience and determination under pressure, often performing well in high-stress situations.
One area for continued growth is teamwork. While individual talents are evident, the team would benefit from strengthening collaboration and mutual support. In some cases, overconfidence or a tendency to work independently could unintentionally affect overall team performance. Encouraging open communication, shared responsibility, and humility will help the group reach its full potential.
