CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY & MISSED CLASSES * 100% refund more than 20 days before class start date. 50% refund eligible up to 8 days before class start date. NO refund is available within 7 days of class start date. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $45 non-refundable transaction and administration processing fee applied to all class cancellations. No refunds, credits, or make-up classes are issued for missed classes.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR BEHAVIOURAL POLICY IN EFFECT FOR IN_PERSON CAMPS Students must be on their best behaviour while attending class/camp. Should your child or teen misbehave even after verbal warnings, cause repeated unnecessary disruptions, misuse/abuse our equipment, interfere with other students, or ignore instructors' directions, the student will be removed from the class/camp without a refund. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ REGARDING BEHAVIOURAL POLICY : (Please set-up the policy below in upper case) Parents, please note that if your child or teen has behavioural difficulties or challenges, this camp setting is not recommended for them. Students must have a degree of tolerance and self-regulation, as we handle electronics and computer equipment which can, from time to time, be unpredictable and act as a trigger for their behaviour. No refund will be extended to students that become disruptive or do not follow class rules.
