FAQ
-
Yes—this is normal. All registered families will receive a detailed Welcome Email approximately one week before the start of their camp week. This email includes everything you need to know to prepare, including drop-off and pick-up details, what to bring, camp expectations, and important reminders and housekeeping notes. If your camp week is more than a week away, there’s nothing you need to do yet.
-
We’re sorry, but our camps are designed for children going into Grade 2 as of September 2026.
Our program includes a full day of STEM activities, and the curriculum is tailored to be age-appropriate. Campers need to have the attention span to stay engaged throughout the day, as well as some basic recognition of coding blocks and robotics concepts suited for students entering Grade 2.
PLEASE NOTE: For our March Break 2026 campers, we can admit students that are currently enrolled in grade 1 and going into grade 2 as of September 2026. If you're looking for future opportunities, we’d love to welcome your child when they meet the age requirement!
-
The short answer is no. In our camp, all campers are assumed to be beginners. While our coding projects change weekly, we progress through lessons together as a group. However, at the end of each lesson, campers can sometimes extend or modify their projects based on their existing knowledge and skill level.

We will do our best to group campers together; however, we cannot guarantee these arrangements for every week. Please keep in mind that some weeks groupings may be more challenging. PLEASE NOTE: During all breaks, lunches, and outdoor time, the entire camp spends time together, so friends will still have plenty of opportunities to connect.

We strive to create a positive, enjoyable, and safe learning environment for all campers. While we understand that some children may require additional support, our camp is not equipped to provide one-on-one behavioural support or individualized behavioural interventions.
Our instructors are university students and recent graduates in STEM fields, and although they are enthusiastic educators, they are not trained to support campers with behavioural needs. All campers must be able to follow group instructions, participate safely in activities, and engage in our gamified learning challenges without requiring specialized behavioural support.
Because many of our activities involve problem-solving, competition, and robotics challenges, children who become easily frustrated may find some parts of the program challenging. For safety and to maintain a positive experience for all participants, we may not be able to accommodate campers with behavioural needs that require intervention.
If you have specific questions about your child’s needs, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can help determine whether our camp is the right fit. Our goal is to ensure that every camper has a fun, supportive, and disruption-free week.
